   為了滿足ICP、ICP-MS極低的檢測限需求提供實驗室級超純酸蒸餾裝置，該裝置采用調壓器加熱，使酸保持亞沸騰狀態，再將其酸蒸氣冷卻的原理制備超純酸。

   該裝置所用的容器均采用F4（聚四氟乙烯）和F46（聚全氟乙丙烯）耐腐蝕高純氟塑料，因此可以處理硝酸、鹽酸、氫氟酸等實驗室的常用酸而不腐蝕,而這一特性不為石英亞沸騰蒸餾器所具有。

   實驗證明，將大部分金屬雜質含量約10ppb的酸提純，經過一次蒸餾后，金屬雜質含量可以降低到1ppb左右，甚至更低。若對酸要求更高，可增加提純次數。

   高純氟塑料亞沸騰蒸餾器特點：

   亞沸蒸餾器是制備高純試劑和高純水的氟塑料儀器，它具有技術先進，結構合理，安裝簡單，操作方便，維修簡便。亞沸蒸餾是利用加熱套熱輻射原理，保持液體溫度低于沸點溫度蒸發冷凝從而制備高純水和高純試劑，在進行測定（原子吸收光譜、氣相色譜、同位素、電感藉合等離子發射光譜等）痕量元素及微量有機物時，是不可或缺的配套儀器設備。
